Singapore: New peak of partnership in Science and higher education
First vice-rector of Open University of Kyzylorda Abaybek Talgatovich took part in the forum of Kazakhstan-Singapore rectors "new peak of partnership in Science and higher education", which was held at the National University of Singapore with the participation of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
