On November 17, the regional youth center hosted the art festival "Jastar Fest-2024", dedicated to the International Students' Day. The solemn event was attended by students of the Kyzylorda Open University, who gave a special festive mood.

On November 14, 2024, students and teachers of the Department of Engineering Technologies of Kyzylorda Open University took part in the II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Topical Issues of Physics, Electronics and Energy", organized by the Faculty of Computer Science and Electronics of Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne Polotsk.

Representatives of the Kyzylorda Open University are taking part in the fourth module of the Academic Leadership Institute: Deans’ School program. The topic of the current module was devoted to strategic planning and management in the field of education.

The library fund of Kyzylorda Open University and Kyzylorda Higher Multidisciplinary College has been replenished with new books.

During the meeting with the Adviser of President Malik Otarbayev, Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee of Kyzylorda Open University Medet Bakytzhan made a report.

Teachers and students of Kyzylorda universities met with Malik Otarbayev, Advisor to the President of the Republic of  Kazakhstan.

The heads of the Kyzylorda Open University and the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after Safi Utebayev signed an agreement.

Representatives of the youth wing of Zhastar Rukhy under the AMANAT party organized a meeting with university students. Chairman of the regional branch Asetkhan Baymurza presented the progress of the youth wing, ongoing events and projects, and called on students to lead an active life.
