Tribute to National Poetry: 95 Years of Mukagali Makataev

  On the occasion of Mukagali Makataev’s 95th birthday, our institution hosted a literary and musical evening titled “I Came to Celebrate Life.” Teachers and students from Kyzylorda Open University and Kyzylorda Multidisciplinary College actively participated in the event.

  The evening included a brief overview of the poet’s life and work, highlighting the philosophical ideas and moral values reflected in his poetry. Poetry readings, musical performances, and literary compositions were also presented to the audience.

  The event was distinguished by the collaborative creativity of teachers and students, its interactive format, and the use of modern digital tools. It aimed to promote the poet’s legacy and instill moral and national values among the younger generation.

  The literary and musical evening was organized at a high level and left a lasting impression as an exemplary event promoting the spiritual heritage of national poetry.
