National Kurultai and Constitutional Reforms — A Platform for Open Dialogue
A substantive meeting on the topic “National Kurultai and Constitutional Reforms: A New Model of Public Consensus” was held at Open University of Kyzylorda. The event was dedicated to discussing significant political changes in society.
