National Kurultai and Constitutional Reforms — A Platform for Open Dialogue

  A substantive meeting on the topic “National Kurultai and Constitutional Reforms: A New Model of Public Consensus” was held at Open University of Kyzylorda. The event was dedicated to discussing significant political changes in society.

  The purpose of the meeting was to explain the importance of the National Kurultai, analyze the impact of constitutional reforms on societal development, and enhance the legal awareness of young people.

  The session was opened by Marzhan Bisenova, Director of Kyzylorda Multidisciplinary College, who highlighted the relevance of the topic and provided participants with general information.

  During the discussion, Ainur Isaeva, Director of the Institute of Economics and Law, shared in-depth insights on the significance of constitutional reforms and the role of the National Kurultai in society.
