Zhunusov Abaybek Talgatovich, who recently completed an internship in the direction of "management of Higher Education Management" at George Washington University in the United States, was appointed to the post of First Vice-Rector of the Open University of Kyzylorda.

Having worked in the field of higher education for many years, abaybek Talgatovich, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor, as a manager, formed his own mark in the field of higher education in the Syr region and was recognized for his managerial abilities. In addition, he held the position of chairman of the Kyzylorda regional election commission.

Member of the Political Council of the regional branch of the Amanat party.

He is the owner of the badge "I. Altynsarin" of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the "gold medal named after A. Baitursynov" of the Association of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
