Сonference "Personality of Berdibek Saparbayev"

On February 16, 2024, the head of the Department for Academic Affairs of the Kyzylorda Open University Aisulu Mukhambetzhanovna took part in the Republican scientific and practical conference "personality of Berdibek Saparbayev", dedicated to the famous public figure, prominent state and public figure Berdibek Saparbayev, who became the "Abadan" of the akimat Institute, held at the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana.

The conference was conducted by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Duissenova. She stressed that it is necessary to use and promote the best practices of Berdibek Mashbekovich in the management of the state, revealing his personal, figure and business aspects.

- Berdibek Mashbekovich is an outstanding statesman and public figure who made an invaluable contribution to the formation and development of independent Kazakhstan. In different years, he held high-ranking positions with dignity and made a great contribution to the growth and prosperity of our country. He headed a number of Regions and state bodies, was recognized as a reasonable, businesslike and competent leader. He received a special tribute from the people. Human qualities, professional qualifications and conscientious work of a person are always an example for young civil servants, the President's letter says.

In addition, public figures who made presentations during the conference shared their heartfelt memories of Berdibek Mashbekovich's great work on the formation of an independent country, in the course of his conscientious work in education, science, art, social sphere, his personality, human nature.
Within the framework of the conference, the books "Onegeli Omir" and "Eren de Beren Berdibek" about the state and public figure Berdibek Saparbayev were presented, and a special film about the instructive way of life was shown.
