Today is the 3rd day of the offline weekly orientation training for Educational Leadership at Nazarbayev University.

The training is attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Kyzylorda Open University Alibekova A. B., head of the Department Mukhanbetzhan a.m., Head of the Department Bisenova M. K. and teacher Urazalieva R.

To the participants of the seminar "solving problems with a focus on the result". Johanna Erling, head of the vocational education program for students with special needs at HAMK University, presented ways to solve the problems that have arisen.
Questions considered:
- Opportunities and problems (goals in accordance with the official training program);
- Problem solving and result orientation;
- Dialogue and dialogue learning;
- Expansion of shared leadership;
- Involve teachers in the decision-making and consulting process;
- A sense of participation, belonging and moral purpose as members of the learning community;
- How to overcome feelings of insecurity and fear-psychologically safe work environment;
- Participatory or representative leadership.
For the purpose of providing feedback to groups:
- follow the steps of the process from the starting point to the goal;
- features and problems of the active implementation process;
- tasks are given to indicate 5 steps to solve the problem, focusing on the result, identifying solutions to problems: necessary actions, persons, competencies and resources.

"As a result of our project, which we defended with the group, Johanna Erling was very impressed and gave a positive assessment, saying that this project can be used in the Finnish education system.
We have reached the results of the first lesson of today. To be precise:
- visualize opportunities, challenges and solutions in the process;
- we have learned to form a common understanding of the group and the right attitude towards the result, - said Aisulu Mukhambetzhanovna.
