"Leadership in education"
On March 10-16, representatives of the Kyzylorda Open University will take part in the weekly offline training "leadership in Education" held by experts from the Finnish universities HAMK and JAMK and NU with the support of the World Bank and the Ministry of Science and higher education as part of the exchange of experience with universities in Kazakhstan at Nazarbayev University (NU) in Astana.
Today, March 14, 2024, the fourth day of the seminar, the training is being conducted by Ari Pokka, a key expert at HAMK university, on the topic "ensuring mutual support".
Within the theme:
Through mutual support:
- bring together people with common experience to support each other by establishing a professional partnership;
- exchange of experience and as part of advanced training;
- mutual support of partners strengthening mutual understanding and common responsibility;
- conduct the work of a joint team in which employees share their knowledge and competencies with each other;
The new role of the leader in supporting colleagues and its importance:
- Acceptance by the leader of the change in the culture of the organization;
- Evaluation of mutual support in organizations;
- Questions about the advantages and difficulties of mutual support were considered.
Ari Pokka, who defended the team task at a high level in order to summarize the lesson, received a high assessment.
