Today, teachers of the Department" Economics and management", associate professor, candidate of Economic Sciences Elpanova Madina Abzhalievna, senior teachers Primzhanova Amina Abutalipovna and Akhmetova Gulnaz Yakudakyzy held an open lesson for 1st year students of the University on the topic" financial literacy is a requirement of time".
The purpose of the lesson is to reveal the financial literacy of students, expand their worldview in the financial sphere as a whole. Thus, the opening of new opportunities and insurance against financial losses.
The lesson was attended by financial consultants of Halyk-Life JSC Niyazova Gaziza Talgatovna and Aimakhanova Gulmira Talgatovna, who shared information about personal insurance and individual pension plan.
Students were presented with information about the concept of financial literacy, financial security and the essence, types of financial fraud. Questions and discussions arose among students, opinions were expressed among the groups on various issues.
