GRADUATES WERE AWARDED DIPLOMAS
A graduation ceremony was held for graduates of the Kyzylorda Open University. About 300 students graduated from the university this year.
At the solemn event, the rector of the educational institution, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kylyshbai Bisenov congratulated the graduates and wished them a good journey.
"Kyzylorda Open University has brought another young generation to the labor market. Thousands of our graduates, as a result of their professional qualifications, work in all corners of the country and make a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the country. This is a great joy for us. Today we are witnessing an important event. Each student has a great merit of his parents. We thank you for trusting us and choosing us," said Kylyshbai Aldabergenovich.
This academic year has been fruitful for the Kyzylorda Open University. The horizons of external and internal cooperation have been expanded, partnerships with well-known universities have been established. In particular, WSG University of Poland has signed a mutual cooperation with Bydgoszcz, Polotsk State University named after Yevfrosiniya Polotskaya Republic of Belarus and Trakian University of Bulgaria. In addition, in May, a representative office of the university was opened in the city of Aral.
During the event, special letters of thanks were awarded to young people, activists, winners of republican contests, prize-winners in the field of sports, art and volunteers.
"Today is a special day for me. We will now put four years of training into practice and begin our first career. I express my gratitude to the teaching staff of the educational institution, who made a great contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists," said Amandosov Aidar, a graduate of the educational program of fine arts and drawing.
The graduate employment rate at Kyzylorda Open University is more than 90 percent. To date, specialists have been trained in 23 educational programs necessary for the labor market. This year, educational grants were placed for 20 EP by state order.
It is worth noting that Kyzylorda Open University offers the most affordable educational conditions in the land of Cheese. The university provides benefits in the amount of 10.15, 20, 30%, depending on the social status of applicants. And applicants who have scored 100 points at the UNT and are left without parental care are assigned a "Rector's Grant". It should be noted that this year ten applicants who have completed military service will receive a free educational grant. In addition, citizens who have fulfilled their military duty are provided with a 20 percent discount on training.
The solemn line-up was attended by the university administration, teachers, parents and guests. The graduation ceremony continued with a concert program with the participation of university artists.
