REPRESENTATIVES OF THE KYZYLORDA OPEN UNIVERSITY TAKE PART IN THE ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE: DEANS' SCHOOL PROGRAM

Representatives of the Kyzylorda Open University are taking part in the fourth module of the Academic Leadership Institute: Deans’ School program. The topic of the current module was devoted to strategic planning and management in the field of education.

Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek shared his vision of the development of the education system in Kazakhstan and noted the importance of strategic planning at universities.

In addition, President of Nazarbayev University Vakar Ahmad, Vice-President of Nazarbayev University Assel Ualiyeva, Vice-Provost of Nazarbayev University for Academic Planning and Budget Aida Sagintayeva and Associate Professor of Journalism at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yasavi Moldiyar Ergebekov shared their experience.

The event ended with a question and answer session, the participants discussed current topics. I also received valuable recommendations from experts.
