A solemn ceremony was held to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the distinguished scholar, educator, public figure, journalist, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, and Scientific Director of the Mustafa Shokay Research Center at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University – Abdyzhalel Bakir.
