- Students of the educational program "construction" of the Department of Engineering Technologies of the Kyzylorda Open University took part in the Republican subject Olympiad organized by the International Educational Corporation (KAZGASA) from April 25 to 30, 2024.

Scientists of the Kyzylorda Open University conduct scientific research on the issue of improving the ecological state and water resources not only in our region, but also in the whole of Kazakhstan. The main goal of our scientists is to increase groundwater reserves.

Guest professor of the South Ural State Agrarian University (Russian Federation), Doctor of Technical Sciences Sheryazov Saken Koishibaevich conducted a 72-hour training course “Electricity supply and renewable energy sources” for teachers of the Department of Engineering Technologies. At the end of the course, teachers were awarded certificates.

Student of the educational program "Jurisprudence" (Criminal law) Oralbai Rysdaulet and a student of the educational program "Physical Culture and Sports" Zhusupov Murat, who studied under the academic mobility program at Polotsk State University named afterEuphrosyne of the Polotsk Republic of Belarus, held a meeting with students and faculty of the University.

On April 29, as part of the 60th anniversary of the Saken Seifullin Information Technology Lyceum No. 4, a solemn opening ceremony of the mathematics room named after an outstanding graduate of the school, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bisenov Kylyshbai Aldabergenovich, who graduated 50 years ago, took place. The office is equipped with modern educational and technical equipment.

On April 19, on the basis of the S. Seifullin Lyceum No. 4, the city subject Olympiad in mathematics and physics was held for the prizes of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Kylyshbai Aldabergenovich Bisenov.
