AN OPEN VOLLEYBALL LESSON WAS HELD AT THE UNIVERSITY

An open lesson on the subject of Physical Education was organized at Open University of Kyzylorda. Students from the academic groups FKS-24-1, BD-24-1, EL-24-1, D-24-1, and KDR-24-1 participated in the lesson, which was dedicated to the topic “Overhead Passing with Two Hands, Overhead Receiving with Two Hands in Volleyball.”

The open lesson was conducted by the lecturer of the department of “Pedagogy”, Aldabergen Nurkanat Nurlybekuly. During the session, students were taught the basic technical elements of volleyball and had the opportunity to practice their skills in real time. The goal of the lesson was to enhance students' physical fitness and help them master the tactical and technical aspects of the game.

Students demonstrated high engagement and honed their skills throughout the lesson. The open session was both engaging and beneficial, allowing participants not only to improve their athletic abilities but also to strengthen their team spirit.
