OPEN UNIVERSITY OF KYZYLORDA SIGNED A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH TASHKENT INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION

Open University of Kyzylorda continues to actively develop international cooperation. In 2025, as part of the expansion of academic interaction, a cooperation agreement was signed between Open University of Kyzylorda and the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction (Republic of Uzbekistan).

The document was signed by the Rector of Open University of Kyzylorda, Klyshbay Aldabergenovich Bisenov, and the Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Bahrom Abduqobilovich Tulaganov. The primary goal of the agreement is to strengthen partnership relations and develop cooperation in the fields of science and education between the universities.

The agreement covers a wide range of areas, including:

  • Exchange of faculty members, researchers, and students;

  • Joint development of educational programs and teaching materials;

  • Implementation of academic mobility programs and dual-degree programs;

  • Conducting joint scientific research, conferences, and seminars;

  • Preparing joint project proposals for participation in international grants.

This cooperation opens new opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers from both universities, promotes the development of educational initiatives, and enhances international academic exchange.
