Pedagogical mastery and the convergence of effective methods

At Open University of Kyzylorda, a seminar titled “Effective Teaching and Learning Methods” was held to enhance the professional experience of university lecturers. The seminar was conducted by Ultai  Yeshimova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

The purpose of the meeting was to identify and implement effective teaching strategies aimed at improving the quality of education for future teachers. During the seminar, participants discussed approaches to addressing students’ individual needs, effective management of the learning process, and the use of active learning methods.

Participants also worked in pairs to analyze successful international practices and reflected on their own teaching experiences. At the end of the seminar, participants proposed solutions to the issues raised and took part in a “knot-solving” reflection exercise.

The event was attended by Dr. Jamshidbek Mashrabjonovich Otajonov, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences from Nizami National Pedagogical University (Uzbekistan), who shared his insights and exchanged views with participants.
