Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights Protection Strengthened

An important meeting was held at our educational institution aimed at enhancing the legal literacy of young people, fostering a culture of respect for human rights, and strengthening students’ civic responsibility.

The meeting was attended by Berikbol Uzakovich Baikhozhaev, Representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kyzylorda Region, and AliIslam Vadimovich Baikadam, a member of the “Erkindik Rukhy” Youth Rights Commission under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The meeting addressed issues related to protecting the rights and freedoms of young people, developing legal awareness, and encouraging students to actively participate in human rights initiatives. A Memorandum of Cooperation was also signed between the University and the Representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan for Kyzylorda Region.

Under the Memorandum, the parties plan to organize legal and educational activities, meetings, seminars and round tables, promote youth engagement in human rights initiatives, and implement joint projects in the field of human rights.

This initiative represents an important step towards developing young people’s legal culture and strengthening their active civic engagement in society.
