Seminar on Preparing Grant Applications for Research Projects Held at the University

  Open University of Kyzylorda hosted a scientific and practical seminar entitled “Methodological Foundations for Preparing Grant Applications for Research Projects” for the faculty members of the Department of Engineering Technologies. The seminar was organized on the initiative of the Head of the Department, PhD Kanat T. Alenov.

  The Rector of the University, Khylyshbai A. Bisenov, attended the seminar and emphasized the importance of developing research activities and supporting initiatives aimed at implementing promising research projects.

  During the seminar, participants discussed in detail the requirements for submitting research projects to grant funding competitions, the key stages of preparing project applications, and methodological approaches to effectively structuring and presenting research project content.

  Presentations were delivered by Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering Technologies, Candidate of Technical Sciences Galymzhan B. Kurmanbayev, and Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences Sholpan M. Umbetova. The speakers shared practical recommendations and insights based on their experience in developing research projects for grant competitions.

  The scientific and practical seminar was aimed at strengthening the systematic organization of faculty research activities, increasing participation in competitive grant programmes, and enhancing the skills required to develop high-quality research projects.

  The seminar also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experience, discuss current issues, and share practical approaches to the development and implementation of research projects.
